RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal

In line with French consumer law (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase.

Return conditions

To be accepted, any returned item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • With all its tags attached
  • In its original packaging

The following items cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal:

  • Hygiene items (underwear, swimwear) once the packaging has been opened
  • Personalised or made-to-measure items
  • Items marked "Final sale" on their product page

Return costs

Returns are free for any order delivered in France: Louise Vintage covers the return shipping costs during the 14-day withdrawal period.

For deliveries outside France, return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the following cases, where Louise Vintage covers it:
– Faulty item
– Error on our part (wrong size, wrong item, wrong colour)

How to return an item

  1. Email louise@louise-vintage.com with:

    • Your order number
    • The items concerned
    • The reason for your request (exchange or refund)
    • If the item is faulty or we made an error: please attach photos

  2. We will reply within 2 working days with the return address and instructions.

  3. You send the item back following the instructions you receive: returns are free from France, and at your own expense from anywhere else (unless we cover them, as described above).

  4. Once we have received and checked the item, we process your request.

Refunds

Your refund is made to the payment method used for the order, within 14 days at most of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email as soon as the refund has been processed (funds are usually available within 3 to 5 days, depending on your bank).

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is no longer available, we will offer you a refund instead.
